Hello Instats seminar participants and welcome!
You can find the seminar content anytime by going to instats.org under 'Live and On-Demand Research Training', clicking the ‘My Seminars’ box to the right. Here you can see all the seminars you’re registered for. Find the upcoming seminar and click the 'View Content and Q&A' button.
Here you'll find everything you’ll need to participate in the seminar, including the seminar materials (slides, any program files, etc.).
Under Seminar Content, you will see an Icon that says 'Join Live Session' for each day. The Zoom link will become active 30 minutes before each session begins -- you may need to refresh the page for it to become active. All sessions are recorded, and the recordings will be posted under Seminar Content in the relevant session within 24 hours (and generally much sooner) from the end of the session. These recordings are available in case you would like to revisit the content over the next 30 days, or in case you are participating asynchronously. Not to worry! Instats never records your video feeds (only the instructor’s video and screenshare views), so please feel free to leave on your camera to facilitate interaction with the instructor.
Next to the Seminar Content, you will see the Q&A Forum tab, Announcements Tab, and Feedback tab. If you click ‘Q&A Forum’, you will be able to post questions to the seminar forum and I will try to answer as soon as possible. The seminar’s Content will be available for 30 days from the start of the seminar. After 30 days, you will need to extend access to the seminar to continue viewing the content. You will still be able to access the Q&A forum from the Research Forums area of the Instats home page.
After the live seminar has concluded, you will also be able to provide feedback to us using the Feedback tab -- we would love to hear your thoughts on how it went! We are always seeking to improve the Instats platform and the quality of our offerings, so both Instats and instructors always appreciate your helpful feedback.
We hope you enjoy the upcoming seminar!
